Roofteq

Roofteq is a family-run roofing contractor based in Hamilton, serving Lanarkshire, Glasgow and central Scotland for over twenty years. Work covers residential, commercial and public-sector buildings, ranging from emergency repairs and storm damage through to full re-roofing, flat-roof installation, structural work and UPVC fascia and guttering. We are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, TrustMark registered, and approved VELUX installers. All materials fitted are BBA- or BSI-approved. Quotes are free, written and no-pressure, with stage payments available on larger contracts.

  • Roof Repairs

    Slipped slates, leaks and storm damage, typically attended within the week. Includes slate repairs, ridge re-pointing and storm follow-ups.

  • Re-Roofing

    Full strip-and-recover on pitched or flat roofs, including new battens, underlay and fittings. Existing tiles re-used where serviceable.

  • Slating and Tiling

    Scots slate, random slating, composite slating, interlocking and plain tiling. Tile-matching service for repairs to older roofs.

  • Flat Roofs

    High-performance felt systems, GRP installations and fabricated valley gutters for extensions and outbuildings.

  • Fascia, Soffits and Guttering

    Full UPVC renewal and cleaning, plus gutter and downpipe clearing as a standalone service.

  • Roof Windows and Glazing

    Approved VELUX installer for skylights, Sun Tunnels and roof windows. Bespoke roof glazing for rooflights, lanterns and conservatory roofs.

  • Smoke Ventilation

    Roof-mounted smoke ventilation systems for stairwells, communal areas and commercial buildings, installed to building-control specification.

  • Structural Work

    Roof timber replacement, structural repair and associated brick or stonework as part of larger re-roofing contracts.

  • Scaffolding and Site Logistics

    Scaffolding, skip provision and local-authority permit applications arranged as part of the job.
